I help B.I.P.O.C. non-profit leaders develop the leadership skills that strengthen your voice, credibility and influence in complex non-profit human service environments.

I help women of faith, especially former teachers, caregivers or public service professional, who were forced to step away from their careers due to burnout or illness, and now feel stuck, disconnected from their purpose, and unsure what to do next.

I help Black women with physical, medical, or neurological conditions transform from feeling unchosen, overlooked, and "too much" to worthy, seen, and meant to take up space.

I serve women who have survived a diagnosis or medical event but feel stuck in survival mode, exhausted, unseen and unsure how to move forward. I walk them through the part no doctor prescribes., helping them release hidden grief and reclaim their  identity.

I help single and divorced women who work full-time with children, reconnect with their identity, and navigate healthy relationships.
