About the event
Becoming a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Allysia Joi Coaching Academy™ is more than completing a program, it is a transformational journey of growth, discipline, and self-discovery. Over the past 10 weeks, our graduates committed themselves to rigorous training that combined coaching theory, practical application, and soul-connected leadership.
They engaged in weekly lessons, live discussions, and hands-on practice designed to strengthen their ability to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and hold safe space for transformation. Each student not only studied the ethics and foundations of coaching but also practiced real coaching conversations through our Coaching Skills Lab, where they demonstrated competence, professionalism, and heart.
This journey required resilience. They balanced coursework with family, careers, and personal responsibilities, yet they showed up with courage and consistency. They allowed themselves to be stretched, challenged, and sharpened, not only as future coaches but as leaders ready to impact lives.
